- 바삭부침가루 500g 과 찬물 850ml를 반죽 그릇에 넣어 거품기로 가볍게 저어 반죽합니다. (얼음물을 사용 하면 더욱 바삭한 전을 만들 수 있습니다.)
- 기호에 맞게 김치/부추/파/호박등을 넣어 골고루 섞어 줍니다.
- 가열된 프라이팬에 식용유를 두른 후, 반죽을 부어 얇게 펴고 3~4분 정도 부치면 맛있는 부침개가 됩니다.
