To register your business and process orders we collect: business name, ABN, contact name, phone, delivery address, email address, and your order and payment history. We do not collect card details (payment is by bank transfer).
We use this information to take and deliver orders, issue tax invoices, collect payment, and keep records required by Australian tax law. We do not use it for separate marketing purposes.
Minimal data is handled by our cloud hosting (data storage) and email delivery providers to operate the service. We do not sell or share your information with other third parties, except where required by law.
Transaction records (orders, tax invoices, payments) are kept for the retention period required by Australian tax law. Account details no longer needed can be deleted on request where no retention obligation applies.
To improve the service we collect usage records: pages visited, products viewed, movement through cart and checkout, search terms, and on-screen clicks. For a logged-in customer these records are stored with the customer number only — name, email, phone and address are not included in usage records. Collection uses Google Analytics (Google LLC) and our own servers, and usage records are deleted after 180 days. If you would rather we did not collect them, tell us through the contact page and we will exclude your account.
You can view your details after logging in. To correct, delete, or ask about your information, use the contact page or reach your account contact.
